Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand at our Tokyo studio and shipped from Japan with tracking. Our ship-from address is 3F Room 301, Shinjuku Oak Building, 2-16-15 Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 151-0053, Japan. If anything arrives damaged, you are covered by our Refund Policy.

Processing Time

Orders shipping to Germany are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. For other destinations, orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We currently accept orders for the destinations listed below. Tracked shipping is charged at a fixed rate per order for each destination, as listed below. Available shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

• Australia: A$35.57 per order.
• New Zealand: NZ$43.90 per order.
• Hong Kong SAR: HK$196.11 per order.
• Singapore: S$32.03 per order.
• Thailand: ฿844.06 (THB) per order.
• Germany: €26 per order.
• France: €23 per order.
• Netherlands: €23 per order.
• Qatar: US$25 per order, shown in Qatari riyal (QAR) at checkout.

Delivery to Singapore usually takes 3–5 calendar days after dispatch. For other destinations, delivery usually takes 6–14 days after dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Tracking is provided for every order.

Import Duties and Taxes

United States, Germany, France and the Netherlands: Orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Prices for the United States include import duties. Prices for Germany, France and the Netherlands include import VAT and customs duties. We prepay these charges — nothing to pay on delivery. The shipping rates above still apply.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Thailand and Qatar: Import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges may apply under destination-country rules and are payable by the recipient.
