Two rabbits sit side by side with their backs to you on this small Kutani bowl by Iroe Yū, one amber and one white, with a small amber dot above them. Purple and yellow flowers appear on either side, and the painted scene sits on a cream panel while the rest of the bowl is a dark, speckled glaze.

Part of the workshop's Hidamari series, it measures approximately 12 cm across and 8 cm high. Use it for rice, a small serving of noodles or soup, or fruit and sweets. Each bowl is painted by hand, so colour and line thickness vary slightly between pieces.

Hand wash gently with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid prolonged soaking, abrasive scrubbers and sudden temperature changes.
