The tall Meiyo vase has a gently curved body, an uneven opening and fine floral decoration. Green glaze meets a pale, textured surface, with small gold-colored accents among the stems.

Made in Shigaraki, Japan, by Marui Seito for its Hechimon line. Brushed white slip and sprayed bidoro glaze create the green and earthy finish. Each vase is handmade, so its shape and glaze vary slightly. Supplied in an individual box.
