Three green mejiro, or Japanese white-eyes, perch along a branch on this Kutani porcelain mug by Seikou Kiln. The white background leaves the birds and foliage clearly defined.

Made in Japan, the mug holds approximately 300 ml. It measures approximately 8.5 cm in diameter and 8.2 cm high.

Care instructions

Microwave-safe. Dishwasher use is permitted, but Seikou recommends hand washing because machine washing may accelerate wear to the overglaze decoration.
Wash gently with mild detergent and a soft sponge, then dry thoroughly before storing.
Do not use in an oven or over a direct flame.
