White cranes fly across bands of cloud on this rounded Kutani porcelain vase. Pale gold, green and deep blue tones wrap around the body, with two small raised details at the shoulders.

The design is called Unkai-Tsuru (雲海鶴), or “cranes above a sea of clouds.” A black display stand and wooden presentation box are included.

Care instructions

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, rubbing the decoration and prolonged soaking.

When using with fresh flowers, empty and dry the interior after use. Keep the display stand dry, and protect furniture with a waterproof mat or coaster.
