Are all products made in Japan?
Most products in our catalog are made in Japan. When an item is not made in Japan, we state the country of production clearly on the product page.
How do you verify origin and product information?
We check supplier information before listing a product and use the product page to show the most important verified details, including origin, material, dimensions, packaging, and care notes whenever available.
Do you ship from Japan?
Yes. All ZenKiln orders are carefully packed and shipped from Japan.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination, but most orders are dispatched after processing and packed carefully for international delivery.
Do items come in a gift box?
Almost all of our items come with a box, If a gift box or individual box is included, this is stated on the product page.
Can I send an order as a gift?

Why do some items sell out?
