Donabe suit broth-based hot pot, soups and gently simmered dishes. For rice, follow instructions for your particular pot. Place a hot pot on a heat-resistant trivet when serving.

Follow the instructions supplied with your pot, including any first-use preparation. Avoid sudden temperature changes, let it cool before washing and dry it fully before storing. Each product’s Care section gives the relevant instructions.
