Shipping policy
Every order is packed by hand at our Tokyo studio and shipped from Japan with tracking. Our ship-from address is 3F, Shinjuku Oak Building, 2-16-15 Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 151-0053, Japan. If anything arrives damaged, you are covered by our Refund Policy.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Destinations, Rates, and Estimated Delivery
We currently accept orders for the destinations listed below. Shipping is a flat rate of USD $25 per order. Charges are shown in US dollars (USD) and are displayed again at checkout before payment.
- United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Qatar: USD $25 per order, shipped with tracking.
- Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore: USD $25 per order. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Including processing, estimated total delivery time is 4–8 business days after payment.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Tracking is provided for every order.
Where applicable, import duties or taxes are determined by the destination country and are payable by the recipient at delivery.
