Refund policy

Because many of our items are handmade, fragile, and shipped internationally from Japan, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size expectations, or personal preference unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Accepted Cases

We will gladly assist if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item description.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds and Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

If the problem is due to damage, defect, or seller error, we will cover the reasonable return or replacement-related cost when applicable. For all other cases, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, if a return is authorized.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, personalized, final-sale, or otherwise clearly marked non-returnable items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be in processing or packed for shipment and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
