All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Japan.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown on product pages where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal service conditions, holidays, or other carrier delays.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges that may apply in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Packaging

Almost all of our items come with a box, presentation box, or gift-style packaging. Fragile items are packed carefully with protective wrapping and cushioning materials for safe delivery from Japan.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
