What to expect

- Lead times: 2–4 weeks for in-stock SKUs; 6–10 weeks for kiln-made-to-order.
- Shipping: All orders hand-packed and shipped from Japan with international tracking. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
- Minimum opening order: $1,000 USD recommended; lower thresholds considered for boutique retailers.
