Ginpo Hana-Mishima tonsui bowl

This 13 cm tonsui is shaped for serving food directly from a shared hot pot. A small thumb lip steadies the bowl while broth, vegetables, tofu, or dumplings are transferred from the donabe.

Ginpo’s Hana-Mishima pattern places repeated chrysanthemum forms into the surface with white slip. The clay body differs from the matching donabe, so a slight difference in colour between the bowl and pot is expected.
