Two cats sit side by side among flowers and butterflies on this small Kutani bowl by Iroe Yū. The pale decorated exterior contrasts with the dark, speckled interior and lower section.

Part of the workshop's Hidamari series, it measures approximately 12 cm across and 8 cm high. Use it for rice or a small serving of soup. Each bowl is painted by hand, so line thickness and colour depth vary slightly.
