This rounded Banju vase pairs a dark, textured body with a band of gold-colored decoration. The uneven opening and fine lines across the surface give each handmade piece a slightly different appearance.

Made in Shigaraki, Japan, by Marui Seito for its Hechimon line. The broad body works well with a few branches or dried stems. Supplied in a presentation box.

Care instructions

Rinse gently by hand with plain water and dry after use. Avoid detergents, flower-food additives and abrasive cleaning.

Place on a waterproof mat or coaster to protect furniture, and check for moisture beneath the vase when using it with fresh flowers.
